Privacy policy

This explains what Mad Genius FZE, United Arab Emirates, learns about you when you use Mad Genius AI PREVIS, and what we do with it. The short version: your scenes stay on your computer, and we hold only what sign-in and billing need.
What stays on your device
The scenes you build and the 3D models you bring in are kept in your own browser. They are not sent to us or stored on our servers. Rendered clips and saved frames are created on your computer and saved to your own downloads.
Your browser also remembers a few preferences for the app, such as which guides are switched on, and whether you are signed in.
What we collect
- When you sign in: your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account, and an account identifier. Sign-in is provided by Google Firebase Authentication.
- When you subscribe: your email, name, billing country and payment details go to Stripe, which processes the payment. We can see your subscription status, payment history and the last four digits of your card. We never see or store the full card number.
- When you write to us: whatever you send us by email.
- When you visit: the hosting service records standard technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not run advertising or advertising trackers.
- We do not upload or look at your scenes or models.
What we use it for
- To let you sign in and to recognise your subscription.
- To take payment and send receipts.
- To reply when you contact us.
- To tell you about important changes, such as a change in price or terms.
- To keep the service secure and working.
Who else is involved
We rely on these services, each of which handles data under its own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase for sign-in.
- Stripe for payments and the billing portal.
- Cloudflare for hosting the site and the payment service.
- jsDelivr and Google for delivering the software libraries the app loads, which means they receive your IP address when the app starts.
These companies may process data outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
Your account details are kept while you have an account. Billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@madgenius.me from the email address you sign in with. You can cancel a subscription yourself from “Manage plan” in the app.
Children
The app is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here and change the date at the top.
