Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and Mad Genius FZE, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”), for using Mad Genius AI PREVIS (“the app”) at madgeniusprevis.com. By using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What the app is

Mad Genius AI PREVIS is an online tool for planning shots in 3D: you build a scene, move a virtual camera, and export reference clips, still frames and written prompts for use with AI video tools.

Your account

Building and previewing scenes needs no account. Exporting asks you to sign in with a Google account.

You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. You must be at least 18, or old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Subscription and billing

• Price. The subscription is US$10 a month, charged in advance, plus any tax that applies where you are.
• Free trial. New subscribers get 7 days free. You give a payment card to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the card is charged for the first month.
• Renewal. The subscription renews each month until you cancel.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from “Manage plan” in the app. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Price changes. If we change the price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Your work

The scenes you build, the 3D models you bring in, and the clips, frames and prompts you export are yours. We claim no rights over them.

Your scenes and models stay in your own browser; they are not uploaded to us. That also means we cannot recover them for you, so save scene files you care about.

You are responsible for having the right to use any 3D model, image or video you bring into the app or publish from it.

Our software

The app, its code, design, name and logo belong to us. You may use the app for your own personal and commercial projects. You may not copy, resell, rent or redistribute the app or its code, or build a competing product from it.

Fair use

• Do not try to get around sign-in or payment.
• Do not attack, overload or interfere with the app or the services it relies on.
• Do not use the app for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

What we cannot promise

The app produces reference material. AI video tools are made by other companies, and we cannot promise that any of them will follow a reference clip or prompt, or what their results will look like.

The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise it will be free of faults or always available, and some 3D files will not open.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost work, profit or data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here removes rights the law does not allow to be removed.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. If a change to the terms matters to you, we will post it here and change the date at the top. Using the app after a change means you accept it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
